Who We Are Looking For

- Have experience in sales (B2B, cold and warm sales) or are eager to learn quickly.
- Speak and write English at a high level, as we work with international clients.
- Want to grow as a professional and increase your income — there are opportunities for promotions and higher earnings.
- Are interested in working with FinTech companies, startups, and investment projects, which are our primary clients.
- Are looking for a company that invests in employee development and supports you at every stage.
What You Will Do
- Handle incoming leads — identify which clients are ready to work with us and which need further nurturing. We will teach you how to properly qualify clients.
- Search for potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sources — use filters, contact prospects, and organize calls.
- Communicate with clients in English via LinkedIn, email, and video calls.
- Develop warm leads and guide them toward a decision.
- Work with clients who initially declined, as many return after unsuccessful experiences with other companies.
- Organize meetings with company lawyers so clients can receive full consultations and tailored proposals.
At the beginning, all meetings will be conducted by the company director, allowing you to learn from him and gradually take on more responsibility.
